We do not currently describe HikerFeed as selling personal information for money.

Some content on HikerFeed may be public or private depending on the choices you make in the Service. You are responsible for the information you choose to post and the visibility settings you choose.

Public content may be seen, copied, or shared by others.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and preserve backups.

If you delete your account or content, some information may be removed promptly from the live Service, while other copies may remain for a reasonable period in backups, logs, or systems required for legal, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes.

Users can delete their accounts through the Service where that functionality is available.

When an account is deleted, we intend to delete the user's account data from the live Service, subject to limited retention where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or technical reasons.
